Overboarding is a plastering method where new plasterboard is fixed over an existing ceiling or wall and then skimmed to create a smooth, fresh finish. Overboarding is a quicker, cleaner, and more cost-effective alternative to full removal, with less disruption and mess, while still providing a strong, flat surface ready for decorating.
